It shall be unlawful for any person to be or remain upon the property known as "Mason Park" in the City of Center, Missouri, between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and the following 5:00 A.M. unless:
Such person has obtained approval from the majority of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Center to remain in Mason Park past the curfew for a prearranged special event or activity.
The provisions relating to "general penalty" and "everyday violation" of Chapter 100, Article III, of this Code shall apply with the same effect to violations of this Chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or other legal entity to allow any dog, whether restrained or unrestrained, upon or about the City park property located within the City of Center, Missouri.
A violation shall occur if the owner and/or possessor of the animal allows said animal on or upon the City park grounds.
The City shall cause signage to be erected to notify the public of the provisions of this Section.
A violation of this Section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
