A.
The City of Center does hereby designate the following
as a no-parking zone except for purposes of loading and unloading
persons or materials:

B.
Any person, firm or entity violating the provisions
of this Schedule shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and fined
not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars
($100.00) per each offense.
