The Lebanon Central Business District Authority was established
under provisions of Act of May 2, 1945 (P.L. 382), as amended by Council
Ordinance 13-1984, 85, passed May 14, 1984. Ordinance 13-1984, 85
has since been amended by Ordinance 61-1984, 85, passed February 25,
1985.
