(a) 
The Traffic Code is hereby amended by the establishment of emergency zones in front of the driveway entrances to properties at the following locations:
(1) 
Fire Station 1, 700 South Eighth Street.
(2) 
Fire Station 2, 909 Mifflin Street.
(3) 
Independent Fire Company No. 9, 712 Maple Street.
(b) 
The Traffic Code is hereby amended by the establishment of an emergency tow-away zone on the northwest corner of North Ninth and Crowell Streets.

No operator of any vehicle shall stand or park in any officially designated emergency tow-away zone.

The Bureau of Police is hereby authorized to remove or to order the removal, at the owner's expense, of any vehicle parked in an emergency tow-away zone in violation of this article.

Whoever violates any provisions of this article shall pay a fine of $100 and/or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
