No person shall willfully remove, injure or deface any topographical survey monuments, or any stone, stake or mark, which has been fixed and made by any engineer employed by the City for working upon any City project.

No person shall deface, disfigure, write upon or in any manner cause to be placed upon any house, wall or building of any kind whatsoever, or any part thereof, or upon fences, any marks, lines, figures, letters or caricatures of any kind.

No person, except a public officer legally authorized, shall affix any showbill, placard, poster or other advertising device upon any pole or structure in the City without first obtaining the consent of the owner thereof.

(a) 
No person shall damage any wire, cable, conduit, apparatus or other equipment of the licensee located within the boundaries of the licensor.
(b) 
No person shall, or shall permit others at any person's premises, to tap, tamper with or connect any wire or device, or to otherwise make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, technically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise to any wire, cable, conduit, apparatus, or other equipment of the licensee to enable such person or others to obtain the licensee's service without compensation or without the licensee's written authorization.
The existence of a connection described above shall create a presumption that the person in possession of such wire, cable, conduit, apparatus or other equipment, to whom the licensee's service is being furnished, has made, or permitted such connection to be made, with intent to obtain the licensee's service without payment of compensation to the licensee or without the licensee's written authorization.

(a) 
Any person violating any provision of this article when another penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $300 and/or imprisoned not more than 90 days, along with restitution and such other sanctions as the appropriate court may legally impose.

(b) 
Whoever violates Section 721.04 is guilty of a summary offense and shall be fined not more than $300 or imprisoned not more than 30 days or both.
