A.
A fee schedule shall be established by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Beekman for fees relating to the administration of Town duties contained in this Code. Such fee schedule may thereafter be amended from time to time by like resolution.
B.
These fees shall be nonrefundable administrative fees that shall be payable at the time of submission of an application.
