§ 80-1 Use of tobacco products and tobacco substitute products prohibited.

Use of tobacco products and tobacco substitute products such as vapor products is prohibited in Town parks, including the Town's Rails to Trails pathways and associated properties, with the exception of specifically designated areas. Violation of this section shall constitute a municipal infraction subject to a fine of $25 for each violation.
