The code described and commonly known as the "Solid Waste Code of New Jersey (1959),"[1] regulating the manner in which refuse shall be stored, collected and disposed of; declaring and defining certain conditions as nuisances; fixing responsibilities and duties of persons storing, collecting and/or disposing of refuse; providing for issuance of permits to collect refuse; and providing penalties for violation thereof, is hereby adopted and established and annexed hereto and made a part of this code without the inclusion of the text thereof in this chapter.
