This chapter shall be known as the "Town of Verona Hourly Rate
Law."
The purpose of this chapter is to change the method by which
the Town of Verona Bookkeeper/Budget Officer is paid and compensated
from a salary basis to an hourly rate basis and to grant to the Town
Board the authority to fix from time to time, by resolution, the amount
of such hourly rates.
This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted the
Town in § 10, Subdivision 1(ii)(d)(3), of the Municipal
Home Rule Law.
