A.
Pursuant to Subdivision 6 of § 305 of the Agriculture and
Markets Law, assessments determined in accordance with Subdivision
1 of said section shall be utilized for the benefit assessment and/or
special ad valorem levy applied to fire districts and/or ambulance
districts within the Town of Verona.
B.
Pursuant to Subdivision 5 of § 306 of the Agriculture and
Markets Law, assessments determined in accordance with Subdivision
1 of said section shall be utilized for the benefit assessment and/or
special ad valorem levy applied to water districts, light districts,
sewer districts, sanitation districts, fire districts and/or ambulance
districts within those portions of the Town of Verona located outside
an agricultural district where lands are used in agricultural production
as defined in said section and the necessary commitment therefor is
made as required therein.
