All provisions for fees in any part of the Village of Woodridge Code, except for professional fee reimbursements as provided for in § 400-52, shall be superseded by and henceforth comply with this section. All fees and fee procedures, including provisions for escrow accounts, shall be established and periodically revised and updated by resolution of the Village Board. The Village Board, Planning Board or any other Village agency is further authorized to refer any application received pursuant to the Village of Woodridge Code to other agencies, groups or professionals employed or used by the Village for review and comment and to charge the applicant fees for any reasonable expenses connected therewith. The Village Board may also, for good cause, waive any fee.
