The Supervisors, constituting the municipal authorities of the
Township as defined in the Act, do by this section signify their desire
and intention to organize the Authority under the Act.

The purpose of the Authority is to acquire, hold, construct,
improve, maintain and operate, own, lease, either in the capacity
of lessor or lessee, projects of the following kind and character:
buildings to be devoted wholly or partially for public uses, and for
revenue purposes; sewers, sewer systems or parts thereof, sewage treatment
works; water works, water supply systems and water distribution systems;
and all facilities in any way useful, necessary, convenient or incidental
to the furtherance and operation of such projects.

The Articles of the Authority shall be substantially in the
form set forth in Exhibit "A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof.

Upon due adoption of this Resolution, the Supervisors shall
cause the notice of intention to organize a municipality authority
(the "Notice"), substantially in the form of Exhibit "B" annexed hereto
and made a part hereof, to be published in the manner prescribed by
the Act.

The Articles shall be executed by and on behalf of the Township
by the Supervisors of the Township, and the seal of the Township shall
be thereunto affixed, attested by the Secretary of the Township and
filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth. Said officials and the
Solicitor of the Township are hereby authorized and directed, jointly
and severally, to publish the notice, to file the Articles, together
with the Resolution authorizing the incorporation of the Authority
and the necessary proofs of publication, and to do all other things
necessary or appropriate to effect the incorporation of the Authority.

The members of the Board of the Authority shall be five in number.
The names, addresses and terms of office of the first members of the
Board of the Authority are as follows:

The members of the Board of the Authority shall not receive
any compensation for their services, but shall be allowed all actual
and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties.
