Town of Milo, NY Article IV Operating and Special Use Permits: Violations; Compliance

§ 234-5 Violations; documentation of compliance.

A. Operating permit. An owner commits a violation of this chapter if such owner operates or causes to operate a junkyard without the granting of an operating permit as stipulated in the applicable chapter(s) of the Code of the Town of Milo.

B. Special use permit. An owner commits a violation of this chapter if such owner operates or causes to be operated a junkyard without the granting of a special use permit as stipulated in Chapter 350, Zoning.

C. Compliance with this chapter. The Code Enforcement Officer and the Planning Board shall not grant an operating permit or special use permit for a junkyard unless the owner has documented compliance with the applicable provisions of this chapter.
