A return check fee will now be charged on all checks returned
to the Town of Milo.

The Town of Milo has entered into an agreement with a credit
card issuer to provide for the acceptance by the local government
of credit cards as a means of payment of fines, taxes, fees, charges,
including special assessments owed to the Town of Milo.
The Town of Milo will require as a condition of accepting payment
by credit card for the purpose of payment for taxes, including special
assessments, that the credit card payment transaction fee of 3% be
paid by the person making the payment by credit card.
