The compensation of the Mayor of the Borough of Bristol is hereby
fixed at $2,400 per annum, payable monthly.

The compensation of each Councilman of the Borough of Bristol
is hereby fixed at $200 per month, payable from the General Fund of
the Borough.

The annual compensation of the Bristol Borough Tax Collector
for the said Tax Collector's services in collecting all taxes levied
and assessed by the Borough Council upon real estate located within
Bristol Borough, regardless of the time of collection, shall be $15,000
per year. Included are taxes collected for occupation, per capita,
taxes levied upon privileges, personal property, persons, transactions,
subjects and any and all other taxes, fees and assessments that are
presently or shall hereafter be levied and assessed by the Borough
Council regardless of whether heretofore or hereafter enabled by law.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Tax Collection Law, 72 P.S.
§ 5511.36a, this section shall be effective beginning on
January 1, 2010.
