§ 1-341 Recreation Board Established.

The Recreation Board of the Borough of Bristol is hereby established in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Borough Code, 53 P.S. § 45101 et seq.

§ 1-342 Membership and Appointment of Members.

There shall be nine Board members appointed by Borough Council. The initial terms of the Board members shall be from one to five years so that at least one term shall expire each year. Thereafter, members shall be appointed for a five-year term.

§ 1-343 Compensation.

Board Members shall receive no compensation.

§ 1-344 Residency.

Board Members shall be residents of the Borough of Bristol.
