A Vacant Property Review Committee is hereby established in
accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Act of 1945,
Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, § 12.1, 35 P.S. § 1712.1,
as amended.

The Board shall consist of five members. Four members shall
be appointed by the Council of the Borough of Bristol. One member
of the Committee shall be a member of Borough Council. One member
shall be a representative of the Redevelopment Authority of the County
of Bucks and one member shall be a representative of the Bristol Borough
Planning Commission. In addition, one member shall be appointed by
the Mayor of the Borough of Bristol.

The Committee shall exercise the power contained in the Urban
Redevelopment Law in regard to designation of blighted properties
within the Borough of Bristol.
