[Adopted as Title 2, Ch. 2.24, of the 1980 Code]
The President and Secretary of the Village Board are authorized
to contract for group life and health insurance on behalf of the Village,
its officers, employees and their dependents.
The Treasurer of the Village is authorized to pay the employer's required share of the cost of the employees' coverage under the plan authorized by § 45-1 and, if dependents' coverage is to be provided, shall pay the employer's share of the cost of such coverage.
The Treasurer of the Village is authorized to make the necessary
payroll deductions from the employees' pay.
