No person shall transport, carry, consume or possess any alcoholic beverages, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken, in any Village park or other real property owned or controlled by the Village.
The sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor may be permitted in the Village park or on other real property owned or controlled by the Village only pursuant to a temporary liquor license issued by the Village Liquor Control Commissioner.[1]

Anyone found guilty of a violation of § 114-54 or 114-55 shall be fined not less than $100 for each and every offense. If a violation of § 114-54 or 114-55 resulted in the consumption of alcoholic beverages within the Village park or Village property by a minor, the minimum fine for said violation shall be $500. The maximum penalty for violations of this Part 3 shall be $750.
