There is hereby levied, assessed and imposed for general Township
purposes of the Township of New Hanover, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania,
a per capita tax in the amount of $5 per annum upon every person 21
years of age or over, resident of, or residing in the Township of
New Hanover, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

The tax hereby imposed or levied shall be collectible and paid
at the same time or times and in the same manner as County taxes levied
upon property made taxable for County purposes are collectible or
payable.

The taxes hereby levied or imposed are and shall be in addition
to all other taxes levied or imposed by the Township of New Hanover.
