1.
There is hereby created a Solebury Township Planning Commission that
shall consist of seven members.
A.
Members of the Planning Commission shall be appointed to the Planning
Commission and removed from it in accordance with the requirements
of Article II of the Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10201
et seq.
B.
The Planning Commission shall have the powers set forth in § 209.1
of the Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10209.1,
and shall conduct business as set forth in § 207 of the
Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10207.
C.
The Board of Supervisors may appoint up to three alternate members
of the Planning Commission in accordance with the requirements of
Article II of the Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10203(e).
