The officers of this Village, elected or appointed, shall at
or before the time of taking the oath of office required of them execute
to the Village a bond in the penal sum, as provided, to be approved
by the Village Council and conditioned upon the faithful performance
of the duties of the office and the trust reposed in them and also
that they will promptly pay over all money that may come into their
hands as such officers.
The Treasurer of the Village shall furnish a bond in compliance
with this chapter and in the penal sum as shall be determined by resolution
of the Village Council.
The Village Clerk shall furnish a bond in compliance with this
chapter and in the penal sum as shall be determined by resolution
of the Village Council.
