All roads to be constructed within the Township of Hunlock shall conform to the construction requirements set forth in § 401.3 of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Form 408.

1. 
The construction of the roadway shall be as follows:
A. 
Base Course. The base course shall consist of nine inches of crushed aggregate base course, Type A or B, as outlined in § 310, Form 408 of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. This item will consist of crushed stone or crushed slag, and shale will not be allowed. Construction requirements shall conform to § 310.3 of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Form 408.
B. 
Bituminous Surface Course — ID-2A. This surface course shall consist of two courses, binder and wearing course, of hot laid asphaltic concrete on the prepared base course within reasonably close conformity to the lines and grades as shown on the drawings. The base course shall be 1 1/2 inches total depth after compaction of ID-2A wearing course.
