All driveway entrances or private roadways of any kind which
abut on a Township road, and where said Township road has a parallel
drainage ditch in existence, it shall be the responsibility of the
abutting property owner to install a twelve-inch corrugated metal
pipe (C.M.P.), the width of the proposed driveway plus three feet
on each side, but in no case less than 16 feet of said twelve-inch
corrugated metal pipe. Each end of the culvert pipe shall be protected
by a concrete or stone end wall to protect the ends of the pipe from
being crushed. Furthermore, it shall be the responsibility of the

keep them in good repair at all times.

shall undertake the construction of any driveway, entrance or private
roadway of any kind which abuts on a Township road, they are required
to obtain a driveway permit from the Secretary of the Township Supervisors,
the fee of which shall be $10 if the application involves only a driveway
permit; however, if said person, firm, corporation or association

permit, there shall be no separate charge for the driveway permit.
