It is unlawful for any person to ride upon a snow sled, toboggan,
disk, inner tube, snowboard or similar means of conveyance in Wayne
Square Park.

1. Sled riding is permissible in Roosevelt Park upon the following terms
and conditions:
A. The activity must occur within the marked course only.
C. The activity is prohibited after sunset.
D. The activity is prohibited when the course is closed because of dangerous
conditions, such as ice patches and/or bare spots.
E. All posted signs (such as "Course Closed") must be obeyed.
F. Any child under the age of 12 must wear a protective helmet.
G. Inner tubes and metal or plastic disks are not permitted on the course.
