of the roadway east of North Newton Hills; appropriate signs to be

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof before any Magisterial District Judge, be
guilty of a summary offense and shall pay the applicable fine as set
forth in Chapter 65 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A § 6501
et seq.
