The purpose of this district is to provide for a wide range
of commercial and industrial uses, including more intensive uses which,
because of their shipping, storage, and other requirements, exert
special demands on North Newton Township.
The following uses and buildings incidental to any permitted
uses shall be permitted.
A. Uses and structures which are customarily associated with the permitted
uses.
C. No-impact home-based business (see §
300-116).

Maximum height limitation does not include chimneys,
spires, steeples, unoccupied towers, tanks, silos related to farm
operations, landfill containment cells, antenna or other similar projections.

All nonresidential uses adjacent to a residential zone or use shall provide a fifty-foot buffer yard and comply with §
300-71 of this chapter.
Off-street parking shall be provided as required by §
300-81 of this chapter.
The placement, type, and size of all signs erected in the C-I Zoning District shall be regulated by the provisions of §
300-82 of this chapter.
All commercial, industrial, and institutional uses shall comply with §
300-74 of this chapter.
