1. 
The Board of Supervisors of East Nottingham Township in accordance with 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3363 conducted a traffic and engineering investigation for the Township roads known as Delp Road, Frog Hollow Road, Fulton Road, Mount Pleasant Road, Waterway Road and Wickersham Road.
2. 
The engineering and traffic investigation produced evidence leading the Board of Supervisors to conclude that the maximum safe and reasonable speeds are as follows:
A. 
Delp Road beginning at the intersection with Waterway Road to a point 0.4 mile south of Waterway Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point that is 0.4 mile south of Waterway Road to its T intersection with Little Elk Creek Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
B. 
Frog Hollow Road beginning at the intersection with State Route 472 to a point 0.4 mile north northeast of State Route 472 in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour. For that section of Frog Hollow Road from its intersection with Waterway Road to its intersection with State Road 472 also known as Hickory Hill Road in both directions and from a point 0.4 mile north northeast of Route 472 to its intersection with Wilson Mill Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
C. 
Fulton Road beginning at the intersection Oxford Elkdale Road and running to a point 0.3 mile south southeast in both directions the speed shall be 35 miles per hour. Beginning at the 0.3 mile point from Elkdale Road to a point 0.45 mile distance from Oxford Elkdale Road, the speed shall be 25 miles per hour in both directions and beginning at the 0.45 mile point from Oxford Elkdale Road and running to the intersection with Frog Hollow Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
D. 
Mount Pleasant Road from Media Road to Little Elk Creek Road shall be 25 miles per hour. From Little Elk Creek Road to Waterway Road shall be 35 miles per hour in both directions. From Waterway Road to a point 0.3 mile north of Waterway Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From a point 0.3 mile north of Waterway Road to South Third Street in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
E. 
Waterway Road from Hickory Hill Road to Farm View Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From Farm View Road to Frog Hollow Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour. From Frog Hollow Road to Fifth Street in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From Fifth Street to Mount Pleasant Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From Mount Pleasant Road to Baltimore Pike in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From (New) Baltimore Pike to Ivy Drive in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From Ivy Drive to Twin House Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
F. 
Wickersham Road from the Borough boundary line to Cornerstone Court in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour. From Cornerstone Court to Fifth Street in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
3. 
Therefore, in accordance with the above-identified engineering and traffic studies, the speed limits are established for each of the roads identified in Subsection 2, above, at those limits identified in that subsection as being the safe and reasonable speed for the individually established portions of each of the above identified roads.
4. 
Penalty. Any person violating this section is in violation of § 3362 of Title 75, Pa.C.S.A., "Vehicles" and is guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five miles per hour should pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit.

2. 
The engineering and traffic investigation produced evidence leading the Board of Supervisors to conclude that the maximum safe and reasonable speeds are as follows:
A. 
Crowl Toot Road beginning at the intersection with Oxford Road to a point 0.25 miles north in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour; from a point that is 0.25 miles north to a point 0.35 miles north in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point 0.35 miles north to intersection with Elkdale Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
B. 
Duck Farm Road beginning at the intersection with Oxford Road to intersection with West Branch Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour; from intersection with West Branch Road to Lower Oxford Township boundary in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
C. 
Reedville Road beginning at the intersection with Wilson Mill Road to a point 0.25 miles north in both directions shall be 15 miles per hour.
D. 
Wilson Mill Road beginning at the intersection with Oxford Road to a point 0.15 miles north in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour; from a point 0.15 miles north to a point 0.40 miles north in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point 0.40 miles north to a point 0.95 miles north in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour; from a point 0.95 miles north to a point 1.10 miles north in both directions shall be 15 miles per hour; from a point 1.10 miles north to intersection with West Branch Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
E. 
Elk Creek Road beginning at the intersection with Hickory Hill Road to intersection with Glendale Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
F. 
Freese Road beginning at the intersection with Hickory Hill Road to intersection with Autumn Hill Drive in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from intersection with Autumn Hill Drive to intersection with Little Elk Creed Road in both directions shall be 25.
G. 
Glendale Road beginning at the intersection with Hickory Hill Road to a point 0.25 miles north in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from a point 0.25 miles north to a point 0.45 miles north in both directions shall be 20 miles per hour; from a point 0.45 miles north to intersection with Old Creek Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
H. 
Little Elk Creek Road beginning at the intersection with Oxford Road to intersection with Paper Mill Circle in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from intersection with Paper Mill Circle to intersection with Elk Ridge Road in both directions shall be 20 miles per hour; from intersection with Elk Ridge Road to intersection with Hickory Hill Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from intersection with Hickory Hill Road to intersection with Fifth Street in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from intersection with Fifth Street to intersection with Mount Pleasant Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from intersection with Mount Pleasant Road to end of road in both directions shall be 20 miles per hour.
I. 
Old Creek Road beginning at the intersection with Oxford Road to intersection with Little Elk Creek Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
J. 
Barren Road beginning at the intersection with Media Road to a point 0.1 miles south in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour; from a point 0.1 miles south to a point 0.4 miles south in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point 0.4 miles south to Elk Township boundary in both direction shall be 35 miles per hour.
K. 
Election Road beginning at the intersection with Barnsley Road to a point 0.4 miles east in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour; from a point 0.4 miles east to a point 0.65 miles east in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point 0.65 miles east to Mount Pleasant Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
L. 
Fisher Road beginning at intersection with Woods Road to intersection with Media Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
M. 
Oaks Road beginning at the intersection with Shadyside Road to intersection with Twin House Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from intersection with Twin House Road to a point 0.8 miles north in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from a point 0.8 miles north to a point 1.0 miles northeast in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point 1.0 miles northeast to a point 1.4 miles northeast in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; from a point 1.4 miles northeast to intersection with Locust Street in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
N. 
Pugh Road beginning at the intersection with Woods Road to intersection with Media Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
O. 
Wedgewood Road beginning at the intersection with Locust Street to intersection with Baltimore Pike in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
P. 
Woods Road beginning at the intersection with Fifth Street to a point 0.45 miles east in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from a point 0.45 miles east to intersection with Hilltop Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from intersection with Hilltop Road to intersection with Hickory Hill Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
3. 
Therefore, in accordance with the above identified engineering and traffic studies, the speed limits are established for each of the roads identified in Subsection 2, above, at those limits identified in that section as being the safe and reasonable speed for the individually established portions of each of the above identified roads.
4.

Waterway Road beginning at the intersection with Hickory Hill Road (SR 472) to the intersection with Ivy Drive 3.70 miles west in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from intersection with Ivy Drive southwest to intersection with Twin House Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
B. 
Wickersham Road beginning at the southeastern boundary of Oxford Borough going south to intersection with Fifth Street in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
C. 
Delp Road beginning at intersection with Waterway Road going south to intersection with Little Elk Creek Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
D. 
Frog Hollow Road beginning at intersection with Waterway Road going north to intersection with Wilson Mill Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
E. 
Fulton Road beginning at intersection with Hickory Hill Road (SR 472) going southeast to intersection with Frog Hollow Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
F. 
Mount Pleasant Road beginning at intersection with Media Road going north to the southern boundary of Oxford Borough in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
G. 
Crowl Toot Road beginning at intersection with Oxford Road going north to Lower Oxford Township boundary in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
H. 
Duck Farm Road beginning at intersection with Oxford Road going north to Lower Oxford Township boundary in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
I. 
Reedville Road beginning at intersection with Wilson Mill Road going northwest to Lower Oxford Township boundary in both directions shall be 15 miles per hour.
J. 
Wilson Mill Road beginning at intersection with Oxford Road going north, northeast to Lower Oxford Township boundary in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
K. 
Elk Creek Road beginning at intersection with Hickory Hill Road (SR 472) going east to intersection with Glendale Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
L. 
Freese Road beginning at intersection with Hickory Hill Road (SR 472) going northeast to intersection with Little Elk Creek Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
M. 
Glendale Road beginning at intersection with Hickory Hill Road (SR 472) going north to intersection with Old Creek Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
N. 
Little Elk Creek Road beginning at intersection with Oxford Road going southwest to dead end of the road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
O. 
Old Creek Road beginning at intersection with Oxford Road going southeast to intersection with Little Elk Creek Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
P. 
Barren Road beginning at intersection with Media Road going south to the Elk Township boundary in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
Q. 
Election Road beginning at intersection with Barnsley Road (SR 272) going east to intersection with Mount Pleasant Road in both directions shall be 35 miles per hour.
R. 
Fisher Road beginning at intersection with Woods Road going south to intersection with Media Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
S. 
Oaks Road beginning at intersection with Shadyside Road to a point 0.8 mile north in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour; from a point 0.8 mile north to intersection with Locust Street (Oxford Borough boundary) in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
T. 
Pugh Road beginning at intersection with Woods Road going south to intersection with Media Road in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
U. 
Wedgewood Road beginning at intersection with Baltimore Pike going northwest to Oxford Borough boundary in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
V. 
Woods Road beginning at intersection with Fifth Street going east to intersection with Hickory Hill Road (SR 472) in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
W. 
Greenhouse Road beginning at intersection with Barnsley Road (SR 272) going southeast to the Elk Township boundary in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
X. 
Lees Bridge Road beginning at intersection with Forge Road going west to West Nottingham Township boundary in both directions shall be 30 miles per hour.
Y. 
McCoury Road beginning at intersection with Barnsley Road (SR 272) going south to Cecil County, Maryland state line in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
Z. 
Shadyside Road beginning at intersection with Forge Road 0.55 mile east to Oaks Road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour; beginning at intersection with Oaks Road to intersection with Twin House Road in both directions shall be 15 miles per hour.
AA. 
Twin House Road beginning with Barnsley Road (SR 272) going west to the dead end of the road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
BB. 
Union Square Road beginning at the West Nottingham Township boundary along Blackburn Run going northeast to the dead end of the road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
CC. 
Woodland Road beginning at the West Nottingham Township boundary along North East Creek going northeast to the dead end of the road in both directions shall be 25 miles per hour.
