That the Ben Avon Borough Planning Commission be dissolved,
as of the effective date of this Part, subject to the conditions set
forth herein.

Ben Avon Council, acting in concert with the Councils of Bellevue
and Avalon, hereby creates and joins the Joint Planning Commission
of Bellevue, Avalon and Ben Avon, to consist of nine members, three
members to be from Ben Avon and to be duly appointed by Borough Council.

This Part shall be effective immediately upon the approval by
the third of the three municipalities approving similar ordinances
to create and join the Joint Planning Commission of Bellevue, Avalon
and Ben Avon. This Part shall be expressly conditioned upon all three
communities approving such a similar ordinance; should either of the
other municipalities fail to enact such an ordinance, this Part shall
be void.
