The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
ECOLOGICAL FACILITY
The Hamilton Township Ecological Facility located at 1360 Kuser Road, Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey.
SMOKING
The burning or inhaling from, exhaling the smoke from, or the possession of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or any other matter or substance which contains tobacco or any other matter that can be smoked.
There shall be no smoking of any kind by any persons while on the premises of the ecological facility.
"No smoking" signs shall be prominently displayed throughout the ecological facility.
This article shall be enforced by the Director of Public Works or his/her designee through the issuance of a summons.
