Mount Joy Township hereby approves and adopts the intermunicipal
cooperation agreement providing for a joint Board of Appeals, which
board was formed and is operating in Adams County and is known as
the "Adams County Building Officials Association UCC Board of Appeals,"
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
as Exhibit A (Agreement).[1]

The conditions of the agreement, the duration of the agreement,
the purpose and objectives of the agreement, the manner and extent
of financing the agreement, and the organizational structure necessary
to implement the agreement are all set forth at length in the agreement.
The Board of Supervisors authorizes its chairman to execute
the agreement on the Township's behalf, with the intent and effect
that the Township shall be bound by the agreement.
A copy of the fully executed agreement shall be filed with the
minutes of the meeting at which this article is adopted.
This article shall take effect November 1, 2015.
