Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law to the contrary
and in accordance with § 3-300 of the Village Law, the Acting
Village Justice, the Deputy Village Clerk, the Assessor, the Justice
Court Clerk and the Village Treasurer of the Village of South Nyack
need not be residents of the Village of South Nyack, but may reside
within the County of Rockland.
