Mobile home park plans shall be processed in accordance with the requirements for land development plans in Article
IV of this chapter and Chapter
320, Zoning. The design standards shall comply with applicable sections of each ordinance. Where design standards conflict between this chapter and any other ordinance, the most stringent standard shall apply.
Lot size and density shall comply with Chapter
320, Zoning.
All mobile home parks shall be connected to the public water system, as further required in Chapter
320, Zoning. All water supply systems shall be provided in accordance with §
265-47B of this chapter.
All mobile homes and service buildings shall be connected to a public sewer system, as further required in Chapter
320, Zoning.
All mobile home parks shall conform to the requirements of §
265-45 of this chapter.
All interior streets shall remain private and be constructed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter
320, Zoning.
Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in all mobile home parks, in accordance with the requirements of Chapter
320, Zoning. The spaces shall be designed in accordance with this chapter and/or Chapter
320, Zoning. Mobile home parks shall also provide off-street parking spaces for visitors. The number of visitors spaces shall be at least 1/2 space per dwelling unit.
Pedestrian walkways shall be provided for all interior streets in accordance with the requirements of Chapter
320, Zoning.
Landscaping shall be provided in accordance with Chapter
320, Zoning.
Mobile homes shall conform to the building setback requirements of Chapter
320, Zoning.
Solid waste disposal shall be the responsibility of the mobile
home park operator and shall be performed in accordance with the requirements
of DEP. Provisions shall be made for solid waste collection at least
once per week. No centralized waste collection station shall be located
on the park site.
