A Borough Planning Commission, to be composed of three members,
appointed as provided by law, is hereby created in and for the Borough
of Renovo. The said Borough Planning Commission shall perform all
duties and may exercise, all the powers conferred by law upon Borough
planning agencies.

The Borough Council of Renovo shall appoint a Recreation Board,
which shall consist of five members, who shall serve for a term of
five years or until their successors are appointed, except that the
members of the Board first appointed shall be appointed for such terms
that the term of one member shall expire annually thereafter. Members
of the Board shall serve without pay. Vacancies in the Board, occurring
otherwise than by expiration of term, shall be filled for the unexpired
term in the same manner as the original appointments.

The Recreation Board shall perform all of the duties and shall
exercise all powers vested by law in Borough recreation boards, subject
to the authority of the Borough Council to designate the recreation
places to be established and maintained and to budget the amount of
money available in any one year for the functions of the Recreation
Board and for the recreation places maintained thereby.
