The purpose of this Part is to establish Borough Roads in Renovo
Borough, Clinton County, Pennsylvania as ATV roads so as to allow
for the sharing of these designated roads by ATVs with vehicular traffic.

The definitions of ATV or "all terrain vehicle" shall be defined
in the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Council of Renovo Borough hereby designates all Borough
Roads in Renovo Borough as ATV roads so as to permit all roads to
be shared by ATVs with vehicular traffic.

Adequate notices of such designation and determination shall
be sufficiently and prominently displayed.

In accordance with the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania (specifically, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 7722), Renovo
Borough hereby assumes no liability whatsoever as a result of designating
any of the aforesaid Borough roads as ATV road.

ATVs must be registered, must have valid license plate, and
must have liability insurance covering the ATV. ATV operators must
have a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
