The procedures in the Court will be governed by the rules of
procedure for the Tribal Court, not in conflict with this code. In
the absence of Tribal Court promulgated rules of procedure, the Michigan
Court Rules will be utilized as a guide.
The Chief Judge of the Tribal Court will promulgate or cause
to be promulgated, and maintain the rules of procedure to facilitate
the efficient and fair execution of this code.
