The Board of Commissioners approves the plans submitted to the
Commissioners by the consulting engineer dated December 9, 2013 (hereinafter
"plans"), for the construction of a sanitary sewage system extension
for the Township of Springfield, which plans identify five properties
or lots in the vicinity of Caroline Drive in the Wyndmoor Section
of the Township as the properties benefited, improved and/or accommodated
by such sanitary sewage system extension; provided, further, that
the Board of Commissioners approves the estimated cost thereof and
the estimated cost of the assessment in the amount of $156,457.69;
provided, further, that the Board of Commissioners approves the assessment
of the cost of the sanitary sewer extension against the properties
benefited, improved and/or accommodated thereby according to the front-foot
rule and further authorizes the adjustment of such assessments for
special conditions existing where an assessment for the full frontage
would be unjust pursuant to the Pennsylvania First Class Township
Code.
