1. The acts set forth below hereby are declared to be unlawful within
the territorial limits of the public parks of the Township:
A. To injure, deface or destroy any posted notice rules or regulations
relative to the use of parks.
B. To cut, injure, remove, deface or destroy any wood, turf, grass,
soil, rock, sand or gravel therein or any shelter house, building,
structure, plumbing equipment or fireplace therein.
C. To make or kindle a fire therein for any purpose excepting in the
fireplaces provided therefor.
D. To indulge in riotous, boisterous, threatening, profane or indecent
language therein.
E. To sell, expose or offer for sale any merchandise, article or thing
whatsoever without first obtaining a written permit therefor from
the Board of Supervisors.
F. To throw, deposit, or discard any bottles, tin cans, broken glass,
paper, clothes, rubbish of any description or debris of any kind in
said parks excepting in receptacles provided for that purpose.
G. To lead, ride, let loose or permit to run at large any animal or
fowl, with the exception of dogs led by and fastened to a leash of
not more than six feet in length.
H. To ride or drive any horse, or to propel any powered vehicle, bicycle
or motor vehicle on any foot paths, or in any part of a park, with
the exception of the roadways and parking lots therein.
I. To ride or drive any powered vehicle, bicycle or motor vehicle at
any speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
J. To carry or discharge any fire works, explosives or fire arms.
K. To carry, transport or consume any malt, spiritous or vinous liquors
or beverages whatsoever within the limits of said parks, or to remain
therein while under the influence of the same.
L. To refuse to obey the posted rules and regulations governing personal
conduct and actions.
M. To enter any enclosed structure or fenced facility within the public
parks, without permission from authorized Township personnel.

It shall be unlawful for any group, company, society or organization
whatsoever to hold any picnic, celebration, parade, service or exercise
whatsoever in the public parks of the Township without first having
obtained from the Secretary a permit in writing therefor after application
by a bona fide resident of the Township.

The public parks shall be closed every night at 9:00 p.m. during
the months of May through October and at 6:00 p.m. during all other
months, and shall remain closed until 7:00 a.m., prevailing time,
of the following day, except as otherwise provided by the rules and
regulations adopted by the Recreation Board. The roads leading into
the parks shall also be closed as provided by regulations except on
those nights when authorized events or activities are taking place.
During the closed period it shall be unlawful for any person, not
having official business therein, to be within the territorial limits
of said parks.

The Recreation Board is hereby authorized to promulgate rules
and regulations for conduct to be enforced on the premises of parks
of the Township; said rules and regulations to be subject to ratification
by resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors. Violation of the
rules and regulations above provided for shall constitute a violation
of the provisions of this Part.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement
of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $15 nor more than
$1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs,
to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation
of this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be
found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
