A.
The possession of lighted smoking materials
in any form, including, but not limited to, the possession of lighted
cigarettes, cigars, pipes or other tobacco products is unlawful in
all sections of Gerald, Missouri's "City Hall" building.
B.
Any person violating, neglecting, or refusing to comply with this Section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be fined as per Section 100.250 of the Municipal Code of the City of Gerald.
C.
This Section shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its date of passage and approval and appropriate
"No Smoking" signs or the international "No Smoking" symbol consisting
of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a
red circle with a bar across it have been posted.
