A. 
The Municipal Engineer or his municipal designee shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities as deemed appropriate by the Municipal Engineer.
B. 
During any stage of the work, if the Municipal Engineer or his designee determines that the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan, a cease-and-desist order shall be issued that shall be in effect until the deficiencies are corrected or a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter. If necessary, the municipality may revoke any existing permits or approvals.
C. 
A final inspection of all BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities shall be conducted by the Municipal Engineer or his municipal designee to confirm compliance with the approved drainage plan prior to release of the financial security required in accordance with § 301-80.
