The purpose of the Residential II District is to designate those
areas which have developed with one- and two-family structures and
to protect the areas from the intrusion of incompatible land uses
and to designate areas of the community for high-density residential
development.

(3)
Dwelling, double-wide trailer/home, permanent.

The following special exceptions may be permitted by the Zoning Hearing Board, following review and comment by the Planning Commission, pursuant to standards and criteria as set forth in Article XV, § 500-105D:

Day-care: relative or neighbor home.

Day-care: family child day-care home.

Height regulations shall be 35 feet.

Unless otherwise specified herein, lot area, lot width and impervious
coverage requirements of the following dimensions shall be provided
for each structure or use hereafter erected, established or altered
for any use permitted within this district: 7,500 square feet and
fifty-foot minimum lot width at the building setback line.
