There shall be such other charges made as shall be determined by the Director of the Sanitation Department as provided for in Section 230.170.

There shall be a charge of eleven
dollars and ninety cents ($11.90) per month for once-a-week refuse
collection.

There shall be a charge of thirteen
dollars and twenty-three cents ($13.23) per month for business refuse
collections weekly.
