There is hereby established in and for the Borough of Fox Chapel
a Park Commission. Said Commission shall consist of a minimum of five
residents and a maximum of nine residents appointed by Council for
terms of five years or until their successors are appointed.
The members of the Park Commission shall serve without compensation.

The Park Commission shall have jurisdiction and control over
the parks and parkways of the Borough, the regulation of the use thereof
and their maintenance and improvement.
The Park Commission hereby created shall have all the powers
now or hereafter conferred by law upon park commissions, recreation
boards, and shade tree commissions.
