A.
No person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigar, cigarette,
pipe or match, or use any spark, flame or fire-producing device in
any portion of any building owned, leased, or otherwise occupied by
the City of Salisbury, Missouri.
B.
Placards or signs reading "Smoking Prohibited by Law"
shall be posted in the City Hall building and in any other building
owned, leased, or otherwise occupied by the City and to which the
general public has access.
C.
The prohibition of smoking shall not apply to those
areas that are so designated as smoking areas by placard or sign.
D.
No
person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or match,
or use any spark, flame or fire-producing device in any enclosed vehicle
or machinery owned, leased, or otherwise in the possession of the
City of Salisbury, Missouri.
