[Ord. No. 388 Art.
IX § 1, 8-7-1980]
This district is intended to provide commercial
locations for uses which serve as a convenience to the traveler, require
large areas of land or require convenient access to all parts of the
community in order to have an efficient operation. It is further intended
that the uses be of a single-purpose character and not be of a nature
in which people walk from store to store as in a nucleated center.
Floor areas are restricted and screening and off-street parking are
required to reduce possible adverse effects on surrounding residential
uses.
[Ord. No. 388 Art.
IX § 2, 8-7-1980]
In the C-S District, no structure or land shall
