There shall be no manufactured house in the City limits of Versailles except in currently established locations and/or a house park as allowed in "R-4" pursuant to Section 405.100. This Section shall not apply to any manufactured house permitted or located in the City limits of Versailles prior to the effective date of this Article, except that any manufactured house that is removed or becomes uninhabitable may not be replaced with a manufactured house unless it is located in an "R-4" Manufactured or Custom Built Single-Family District. This Article will apply to both residential and commercial uses. The term "manufactured house" used herein is defined in Section 405.030.
