The First District of the City of South Milwaukee is the territory bounded on the north by the center line of College Avenue, on the east by Lake Michigan, on the south by the center line of Marshall Avenue west to the center line of Lake Shore Boulevard north to the center line of Montana Avenue west to the center line of 3rd Avenue north to the center line of Marquette Avenue west to the center line of 14th Avenue, and on the west by the center line of 14th Avenue north to the center line of Minnesota Avenue east to the center line of 13th Avenue north to the center line of Rawson Avenue east to the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks north to the center line of College Avenue. The First District is hereby divided into four election wards to be known as the First, Second, Third and Fourth Wards.
A. 
First Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of College Avenue, on the east by the center line of Lake Drive, on the south by the center line of Elm Avenue west to the center line of 11th Avenue north to the center line of Sycamore Avenue west to the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks, and on the west by the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks. The polling place therefor shall be the Public Library Building located at 1907 10th Avenue.
B. 
Second Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Sycamore Avenue, east to the center line of 11th Avenue, south to the center line of Elm Avenue, east to the center line of Lake Drive, north to the center line of College Avenue, east to the shore of Lake Michigan, on the east by the shore of Lake Michigan, on the south by the center line of Oak Creek Parkway, west to the center line of North Chicago Avenue, south to the center line of Rawson Avenue, west to the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks and on the west by the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks. The polling place therefor shall be the Public Library Building located at 1907 10th Avenue.
C. 
Third Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Rawson Avenue, east to the center line of North Chicago Avenue, on the east by the center line of North Chicago Avenue continuing south on 10th Avenue to the center line of Monroe Avenue east to the center line of 9th Avenue south to the center line of Marquette Avenue, on the south by the center line of Marquette Avenue west to the center line of 14th Avenue, and on the west on the center line of 14th Avenue north to the center line of Minnesota Avenue, east to the center line of 13th Avenue, north to Rawson Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Public Library Building located at 1907 10th Avenue.
D. 
Fourth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Oak Creek Parkway, on the east by the shore of Lake Michigan, on the south by the center line of Marshall Avenue to the center line of Lake Shore Boulevard north to the center line of Montana Avenue west to the center line of Third Avenue north to the center line of Marquette Avenue west to the center line of 9th Avenue, and on the west by the center line of North Chicago Avenue continuing south on 10th Avenue to the center line of Monroe Avenue east to the center line of 9th Avenue south to the center line of Marquette Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Public Library Building located at 1907 10th Avenue.

The Second District of the City of South Milwaukee is the territory bounded on the north by the center line of Marquette Avenue east to the center line of 3rd Avenue, south to the center line of Montana Avenue, east to the center line of Lake Shore Boulevard south to the center line of Marshall Avenue east to the shore of Lake Michigan, on the east by Lake Michigan, on the south by the south City limits, and on the west by the center line of South Chicago Avenue north continuing on 12th Avenue to the center line of Marquette Avenue. The Second District is hereby divided into four election wards to be known as the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Wards.
A. 
Fifth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Marshall Avenue west to the center line of Lake Shore Boulevard north to the center line of Montana Avenue west to the center line of Third Avenue north to the center line of Marquette Avenue, west to the center line of 6th Avenue, on the east by the shore of Lake Michigan, on the south by the south City limits, and on the west by the center line of 5th Avenue north to the center line of Marion Avenue, west to the center line of 6th Avenue, north to the center line of Marquette Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be Divine Mercy Parish at 800 Marquette Avenue.
B. 
Sixth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Marquette Avenue, on the east by the center line of 6th Avenue south to the center line of Marion Avenue west to the center line of 9th Avenue south to the center line of Columbia Avenue, on the south by the center line of Columbia Avenue, and on the west by the center line of South Chicago Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Divine Mercy Parish located at 800 Marquette Avenue.
C. 
Seventh Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Marion Avenue, on the east by the center line of 5th Avenue, on the south by the center line of Lakeview Avenue, and on the west by the center line of 9th Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Divine Mercy Parish located at 800 Marquette Avenue.
D. 
Eighth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Columbia Avenue to the center line of 9th Avenue, south to the center line of Lakeview Avenue east to the center line of 5th Avenue, on the east by the center line of 5th Avenue, on the south by the south City limits, and on the west by the center line of South Chicago Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Divine Mercy Parish located at 800 Marquette Avenue.

The Third District of the City of South Milwaukee is the territory bounded on the north by the center line of Milwaukee Avenue east to the center line of 14th Avenue south to center line of Marquette Avenue east to center line of 12th Avenue, on the east by the center line of 12th Avenue continuing on South Chicago Avenue to the south City limits, on the south by the south City limits west to the center line of Nicholson Avenue, and on the west by the center line of Nicholson Avenue north to the centerline of Milwaukee Avenue. The Third District is hereby divided into four election wards to be known as the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth Wards.
A. 
Ninth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Mackinac Avenue, on the east by the center line of South Chicago Avenue, on the south by the south City limits, and on the west by the center line of 15th Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Municipal Building located at 2424 15th Avenue.
B. 
Tenth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Mackinac Avenue on the east by the center line of 15th Avenue, on the south by the south City limits, and on the west by the center line of Nicholson Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Municipal Building located at 2424 15th Avenue.
C. 
Eleventh Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Milwaukee Avenue east to the center line of 15th Avenue, on the east by the center line of 15th Avenue, on the south by the center line of Mackinac Avenue, and on the west by the center line of Nicholson Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Municipal Building located at 2424 15th Avenue.
D. 
Twelfth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Milwaukee Avenue east to the center line of 14th Avenue south to the center line of Marquette Avenue east to the center line of 12th Avenue, on the east by the center line of 12th Avenue continuing south on South Chicago Avenue, on the south by the center line of Mackinac Avenue, and on the west by the center line of 15th Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Municipal Building located at 2424 15th Avenue.

The Fourth District of the City of South Milwaukee is the territory bounded on the north by the center line of College Avenue east to the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad tracks, on the east by the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad tracks south to the center line of Rawson Avenue west to the center line of 13th Avenue south to the center line of Minnesota Avenue west to the center line of 14th Avenue south to the center line of Milwaukee Avenue, on the south by the center line of Milwaukee Avenue west to the center line of Nicholson Avenue, and on the west by the center line of Nicholson Avenue north to the center line of College Avenue. The Fourth District is hereby divided into four election wards to be known as the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth and Sixteenth Wards.
A. 
Thirteenth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Oak Creek Parkway west to the centerline of 15th Avenue, south to the center line of Beech Avenue west to the center line of 16th Avenue, south to the center line of Pine Avenue, south along Oak Creek Parkway to the center line of Rawson Avenue west to the center line of 17th Avenue, on the west on the center line of 17th Avenue south to the center line of Milwaukee Avenue, east to the center line of 14th Avenue, north to the center line of Rawson Avenue, east to Chicago & Northwestern Railroad tracks, north to the center line of Oak Creek Parkway. The polling place therefor shall be the Grobschmidt Senior Center located at 2424 15th Avenue.
B. 
Fourteenth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of Beech Street, on the east by the center line of 17th Avenue to the center line of Pine Street, east to the Oak Creek Parkway, on the east along the Oak Creek Parkway to the center line of Rawson Avenue, on the south the center line of Rawson Avenue, west to the center line of 17th Avenue, south to the center line of Milwaukee Avenue, on the south the center line of Milwaukee Avenue, and on the west by the center line of Nicholson Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Grobschmidt Senior Center located at 2424 15th Avenue.
C. 
Fifteenth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of College Avenue, on the east by the center line of 14th Avenue south to the center line of Park Avenue west to the center line of 15th Avenue continuing south to Oak Creek following the creek south to the center line of Pine Street, on the south by the center line of Pine Street, west to the center line of 17th Avenue north to the Center line of Beech Street, and on the west by the center line of Nicholson Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Grobschmidt Senior Center located at 2424 15th Avenue.
D. 
Sixteenth Ward. The territory bounded on the north by the center line of College Avenue, on the east by the Union Pacific Railroad tracks, on the south by the center line of Oak Creek Parkway west to the center line of 15th Avenue, south to the center line of Beech Street, west to the center line of 16th Avenue, south to the center line of Pine Street, south along the center line of Oak Creek Parkway to the center line of Rawson Avenue, west along the parkway, on the west along Oak Creek north to the center line of 15th Avenue, north on 15th Avenue to the center line of Park Avenue, east to the center line of 14th Avenue, north to the center line of College Avenue. The polling place therefor shall be the Grobschmidt Senior Center located at 2424 15th Avenue.
