The fees required by this chapter are the Township review fees.
The Township review fee shall be established by the Township to defray
review costs incurred by the Township. All fees shall be paid by the
applicant.

The Township shall establish a review fee schedule by resolution
of the Township governing body based on the size of the regulated
activity and based on the Township's incurred costs for reviewing
stormwater management site plans. The Township shall periodically
update the review fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately
reimbursed.

The fees required by this chapter shall at a minimum cover:
A.
Administrative costs.
B.
The review of the stormwater management site plan by the Township
and the Township Engineer.
C.
The site inspections.
D.
The inspection of stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements
during construction.
E.
The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater management
facilities and drainage improvements presented in the stormwater management
site plan.
F.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated
by this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion
of stipulated remedial actions.
G.
Meetings.

The developer is required to pay fees prior to final plan approval.
The developer is required to pay inspection fees upon receipt of a
bill from the Township.
