§ 67-7 Duties.

The Village Attorney's duties include:

A. Board of Ethics:

(1) Advising: § 24-6A.

(2) Ex officio member of: § 24-5C.

B. Demolition order, presenting to court: § 152-5C.

C. Fire code, as corporation counsel: § 701.11.

D. Unsafe structures:

(1) Compelling compliance: § 152-6.

(2) Concurring on: § 152-4I(1).
