In zoning districts eligible for bonus height as specified in § 575-43E(3)(g) for WF-2 and § 575-43E.1(3)(b) for WF-3, an applicant who opts to receive bonus height for a proposed development (subject to the requirements of the special permit authorization by the Common Council) may be required to make a monetary contribution to a City-designated fund for the future construction of public/City infrastructure improvements. The payment for bonus height shall be calculated at a minimum amount as set forth in the Consolidated Fee Schedule maintained by the office of the City Clerk, as determined by the City Assessor. All fees shall be payable prior to issuance of a building permit.
